New Zealand’s LIC Automation Launch Saber™ brand at Ploughing Championships 2016
One of New Zealand’s leading agri-tech companies, LIC Automation, has today (Tuesday 13th September 2016) announced it is launching its new Saber™ farm automation brand in the Irish market. The company is inviting those attending the Ploughing Championships to visit their stands, 356 and 50, over the course of the three days to sample first-hand their innovative products.
Saber, from one of New Zealand’s largest farm automation and information companies, is being launched in Ireland to provide Irish farmers with technology that provides powerful information about cows, enabling farmers to work smarter and more profitably.
Head of Sales & Marketing, Lester Deighton outlined, “The launch of Saber farm automation represents the beginning of a new level of technology and customer service available to Irish dairy farmers.
LIC Automation specialises in providing innovative solutions that empower dairy farmers worldwide to do what they do better. While we are currently one of New Zealand’s largest farm automation and information companies, we are now expanding globally. Ireland is a key market for LIC Automation and the Ploughing Championships is the perfect venue for us to share our Saber farm automation range with dairy farmers.”
The company will be showcasing the full Saber product range at the Ploughing Championships including their automated heat detection system, Saber Heat and their in-line somatic cell count detection system, Saber SCC. Saber Heat provides automatic identification and drafting of cows in standing heat by reading Saber heat patches. Saber SCC provides live SCC results within two minutes of cupping a cow.
